On-site lodging

Don’t want to miss out on any of the fun? Staying on-site means you don’t have to. We think the cabins are the right amount of rustic, complete with twin bunk beds, electrical outlets, and bathrooms with hot water. They don’t come with linens, but we can provide those if you don’t want to bring your own!

  • There are 4 “villages” of cabins located throughout camp. The sizes vary, but most cabins sleep 4-8 people in twin bunk beds. Two villages have en-suite bathrooms, and two have a central bathhouse with multiple toilets and showers. Tent and RV camping is also an option for our outdoorsy guests!

While there are a few private rooms available, those will be largely reserved for our parents and other family (we hope you understand!)

Our biggest wish is for everyone to feel comfortable and cared for. We’ll make sure families and friend groups are staying together, and we won’t bunk you with strangers. The late night crew will be staying in a separate village far from families with young children (and early risers).

Rest assured we’ll be sure to get your lodging preferences in your RSVP. We want you all to be happy campers!

  • Cabins are $40 per person per night, while tent camping is $20 per person per night. The rest of the weekend is on us, promise!

If you need linens for the weekend, we’ll be able to provide you with rentals for an additional fee. The bottom of our RSVP page has a full breakdown.

  • Let us know your lodging (and linen) needs in our RSVP! Note: you can pay Emily and Reed via Venmo, or bring cash/check to the wedding.

Heads up!

Our wedding falls on UVA’s graduation weekend (we tried to avoid this, we swear!) This means hotels will fill up months in advance. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help with any of your travel plans.

Off-site lodging

We know bunk beds aren’t for everyone! We will be providing a shuttle to the ceremony on Saturday from the two hotels below. Please note that we don’t have a reserved room block or discount code at any of the hotels.

Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites

This hotel is the closest to Camp Friendship—just a 12 minute drive. A good option if you’re looking to be close to the action at Camp, but with the amenities of a hotel.

Hilton Garden Inn

Just on the outskirts of Charlottesville, the Hilton is about 25 minutes away from Camp Friendship. A good option for those hoping to take advantage of Charlottesville while you’re in town!
